Golf Outing

The 13th Annual Nick Erdy Foundation Golf Outing will be held on June 9th, 2018 at Deer Track Golf Course. Registration starts at 11:30 am with a shotgun start at 1 pm. Cost of ticket includes: Greens Fees, Driving Range, Golf Cart, Door Prizes, Drink Ticket and Dinner.

Awards and prizes for 1st place, longest drive, closest to the pin and longest putt.

  • $80/person when registered before June 1st deadline
  • $100/person when registered after June 1st deadline
  • $12/person dinner only
  • $100 for 1 hole sponsor

Checks can be mailed to address below by filling out the registration form or payment can now be made via PayPal.
